What You'll Need:

• 3 Pints Coolhaus Chocolate Love Ice Cream
• 25 Oreos, Crushed
• 5 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
• 2 cups Marshmallow Spread

 

Directions

1. Line a medium sized bowl with plastic wrap

2. Fill with Coolhaus Chocolate Love ice cream

3. In a separate bowl, mix crushed oreos with melted butter

4. Press this “crust” on top of the ice cream

5. Wrap and freeze until solid

6. When ready to serve, flip the bowl over and remove plastic wrap from your frozen “cake”

7. Cover with marshmallow spread

8. Torch the marshmallow or place the whole cake on a baking sheet in a 400 degree oven for 4 min

9. Enjoy
