I have been lactose intolerant since 2010 and am beyond ecstatic your ice cream exists- dairy free. Your vanilla with Tahitian and Madagascar vanilla beans is the best vanilla in my whole 86 years. I have been all over the world. (I am also fond of gelato in Florence and Siena) But why can't I get Coolhaus vanilla locally in Quarts?
