Cake is a big part of our origin story. When CEO and Co-founder Natasha created a scale model in architecture studio that her professor criticized as looking like ‘a layer cake’ it sparked the idea that she could use food to talk about design in an engaging, memorable and accessible way. This light bulb moment bore the concept of “farchitecture” = food +architecture, and it still governs much of the Coolhaus brand.
Our new Birthday Cake Ice Cream Sammie pays tribute to this original layer cake with cupcake frosting ice cream and sprinkle cookies. Whip it up with some booze for the ultimate A+ party!
