• 1. Why Can’t I Add Bars, Pints or Sammies in a Single Pack?
    You can't mix and match different product types in a single pack. Each product type creates a separate pack with a minimum of 6 products.
  • 2. Why Can’t I Add My Pack to the Cart?
    If you have selected a 6-pack, you can't add the pack to your cart until you have selected 6 of the same type product, or 12 products for a 12-pack.
  • 3. Do you offer returns or exchanges on any of your products?
    All orders are strictly non-refundable. If you feel there was a mistake on our end that caused a problem with your order, please email [email protected].
  • 4. Can I do a custom or bulk order/gift?
    Sammie 12-packs for your entire extended family around the country? Large-scale client gifts to multiple addresses? Don't fret - we've done it all, and we're happy to help! We'll even include custom/branded materials in your shipments - and help you brainstorm ways to get creative. To request a quote, please email [email protected].
  • 1. How are frozen items shipped?

    Frozen items are shipped via FedEx (Standard Overnight or Priority Overnight) from our LA headquarters. Shipping costs reflected during checkout are calculated directly via FedEx. (It can get pricey, we know - but we promise, it's worth it!) Shipments are only available to destinations within the U.S. and cannot be sent to P.O. boxes.

    Frozen items are packed in insulated shipping boxes with dry ice. Dry ice should be handled with extreme care and never with bare hands (gloves or a thick cloth are recommended). Items should be placed immediately into a freezer upon arrival.

    We never include receipts, pricing, or payment information in shipments. If you are sending an item as a gift, please opt to include a note when prompted in the checkout process. (Otherwise, your giftee will not know who it's from.) We also recommend contacting the recipient to make sure he/she will be home to receive the shipment and not find a box of melted ice cream on his/her doorstep (bummer). Sorry - we're not responsible for melted items if nobody is available to receive them!

  • 2. Can I Choose What Day My Ice Cream is Delivered?
    We accept orders seven days a week, but shipments are ONLY sent on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for arrival on Wednesdays and Thursdays, respectively. Orders placed Tuesday (after 10am PT) through Sunday (by 5pm PT) will ship the following Tuesday; orders placed Sunday (after 5pm PT) - Tuesday (before 10am PT) will ship the following Wednesday. Orders will not be shipped on holidays recognized by FedEx. That said, during checkout we have a delivery request field for you to choose a date. We will try our best to have your ice cream delivered by your requested date. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support at [email protected].   • 3. How are non-frozen items shipped?
    Non-frozen items are shipped separately via FedEx Ground, unless noted otherwise.
