You think this sounds like a weird combo until you try it. Then there’s no going back. One of the most wonderfully unusual flavors I’ve ever had!

I loved the mascarpone base flavor, what the actual “ice cream” is. I was not a fan of the balsamic swirl. I had a plain piece of fig with the mascarpone base and I enjoyed it a lot. The swirl is just not my thing, but it was fun to try a “weird” ice cream combo.

This flavor has potential but it needs way more figs! Otherwise it just basically tastes like vanilla.

I’m ADDICTED to this flavor!! Wish King Soopers in Denver carried it!!!

The best ice cream I have ever had. The combination of the smooth and not too sweet mascarpone and the figs is heavenly. Only problem with this ice cream is that we you START you cannot STOP eating it. I’m hooked!
